MattLeinhardtDemonstratingCPRMatt Leinart, Arizona Cardinals quarterback and American Red Cross National Celebrity Cabinet member, displayed his latest moves for an audience of reporters and members of the Red Cross. Leinert showed his skills for helping to save a life after being trained by the L.A. Red Cross in CPR and AED. Leinert was center stage at a March 10 press conference, calling attention to the importance of being CPR and AED-trained. Leinert gave a near-perfect demonstration on how to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and use an AED (automated external defibrillator) before a large media audience at the Pacific Design Center’s Silver Screen Theater.

The Red Cross recommends that at least one person in every household and office is trained in first aid and CPR/AED. To enroll in Red Cross lifesaving classes, please call 1-800-627-7000.
